Multibay tunnels: from 23 zł/m² netsteel structure with film, excluding transport and installation
Multibay tunnels are bays joined into one block on shared legs, with gutters for rainwater and a lower cost per m². Single tunnels stand separately on ground anchors — it is warmer inside, so they work well for very early crops.
Free-standing tunnels, each hoop anchored on both sides. Fast assembly and the option to relocate.

E370+Z275 steel is c. 10% stronger than classic S350+Z275 — and it costs you the same.

Lattice cables are standard in multibay tunnels, the ridge tube — in single tunnels. You add T or V horizontal bracing as an option for both types.

It stiffens the tunnel from above and stops the arches from spreading.

Strongest combination in multibay tunnels
Lattice cables + horizontal bracing
Best in a T or V variant — both are similarly effective. The cables hold the tunnel in the wind, and the bracing together with the hoop forms a truss that carries the snow.

We make the structure and accessories at our own plant in Bralin (Wielkopolska Voivodeship) — c. 10 ha of tunnels per month.
We bring the packed parts to the field, and the tubes are bent on site, at the customer's. Transport is quoted separately.
We assemble the tunnels as a full service or support your crew with our fitter. Assembly: from 8 zł/m² net.

We make Y-legs and ground anchors from E370+Z275 steel — c. 10% stronger than classic S350+Z275, at the same price; hoops from S350+Z275 steel, in multibay tunnels also from oval tubes 80×40 and 90×50 mm. A gothic arch sheds rain and snow better. As standard, multibay tunnels have lattice cables on every hoop (they strengthen against wind), and single tunnels have a ridge tube. As an option for both types we add T or V horizontal bracing, which strengthens the tunnel most against snow. We match the structure to the conditions in the field.
We give a 3-year warranty on the film.
